Casino, gambling, CBD, and vaping sites are excluded. A legacy directory article also claimed free product listings, but the old submission route now redirects to the homepage.

Remote links to your site with a nofollow link, which asks Google not to count it.

The current Write For Us page claims guest-post review takes “between 2-7 business days.” A legacy product-directory article says listing time was “Upto 5 days”; the submission route is now unavailable, so that timing cannot be confirmed.

What Remote says about its audience: The Write For Us page claims “5000+ subscribers & 1M+ traffic” without specifying a period. Startup-directory articles updated Sep 03, 2024 claim “More than 25K monthly users” and “Almost 4,000 subscribers”; a directory comparison page claims “More than 50,000 monthly users” and “over 2000 products.” An older statistics table says “Monthly Traffic in May 2021 (Similarweb): 170,000” and describes the newsletter as having “more than 4000 subscribers.” These claims are unverified and inconsistent.
