How much does Confetti cost?
Listing on Confetti is free, as long as you link back to them from your site, with paid options from $15.
The public MCP instructions say the agent installs a ConfettiSaaS badge and sends an approval link; external directory trackers describe the badge as a condition of the free review-queue route. A post-submission page's indexed result showed a queue, but I did not reach or verify that page live because the web flow redirected to account signup.

Its Ahrefs Domain Rating is 51. Part of that comes from sites that link back to it in exchange for a listing, so it likely overstates what its link is worth to you (why).
Who gets into Confetti, and how fast?
Confetti picks only a few of the products submitted.
You get a listing page, with little promotion.
No elapsed-time estimate was visible on the public pages inspected. A search-index result for a ConfettiSaaS post-submission page showed 952 submissions ahead in the free queue; this is a dynamic queue snapshot, not a time estimate.
